Salesforce Consultants

What can you expect to do as Salesforce Consultant in our team:

You analyse our client’s domain to understand pain points and propose solutions
You assure the project’s success by gaining client trust and leading them through the project delivery together with the project team
You translate business needs into technical requirements.
You advise our clients on digital implementations & strategy as a subject matter expert.
You deliver high-level design of the target solution, including your own participation on the CRM administration
You discuss custom development requirements with our development team - you have a high-level understanding of APEX, Frontend capabilities, Web Services and Triggers.
You oversee project delivery together with the project manager
You are a core team member of project execution, regardless of method
You exchange ideas with the internal team

Qualifications

1+ years of professional experience (preferably in Salesforce CRM)
Excellent fluency in English
Knowledge of UML and SCRUM methodology
Development experience in APEX, frontend technologies and Git is an advantage
You understand the importance of on-time delivery
You are hands-on, proactive, and flexible
You come across well when communicating and presenting directly to customers
Knowledge of Czech, German or French is a plus
