Salesforce Consultant (Sales Cloud + ICM + LWC)

The Role

Roles:
As a Salesforce Consultant at CGI, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that support sales operations and compensation processes.

Skills

`• Sales Cloud experience with deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) • Exposure to SPIFF processes (preferred) • Strong understanding of Apex, SOQL, Flows, Triggers • Salesforce configuration and customization • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
