Must Have Skills:
- Minimum of 4-5 Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud implementations, each lasting at least 6 months.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM Roadmap Planning, Solution Design, and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Implementation.
- Proficiency with SFDC objects, configurations, and administration essentials.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and ability to build prototypes in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
- Good-to-have knowledge of Apex/Visualforce, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and Web Services.
- Ability to create Solution Design / Technical Design Documents from BRDs (Business Requirements Documents).
- Strong skills in conducting Gap analysis, preparing Functional Requirements (SRS), and creating Use Case documentation.
- Proven ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and handle end-to-end
- Experience managing offshore development/configuration/testing teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including late-evening/early-morning calls.
Domain Experience (If any ) – Healthcare
Must have Certifications – Salesforce Certifications:
o ADM201 (Mandatory).
o Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification (Mandatory).
Experience Cloud certification is a plus
