Sr. SalesForce professional to work on a Support/Maintenance engagement with minor enhancements in scope.
Understands requirements from client, Scrum master as well. Hands on knowledge and experience in SalesForce CRM, in Sales/Service clouds
Work on simple, medium, complex incidents and also work on JIRA user stories.
Work with the India Offshore team on issues where team is struggling, host scrum call as the scrum master, hosts sprint planning calls, provide guidance to team on Salesforce issues.
Also responsible for coordinating with team and client as well as responsible for attending calls with client on any major issues and provide necessary solution
