Description

  • Sr. SalesForce professional to work on a Support/Maintenance engagement with minor enhancements in scope.
  • Understands requirements from client, Scrum master as well. Hands on knowledge and experience in SalesForce CRM, in Sales/Service clouds
  • Work on simple, medium, complex incidents and also work on JIRA user stories.
  • Work with the India Offshore team on issues where team is struggling, host scrum call as the scrum master, hosts sprint planning calls, provide guidance to team on Salesforce issues.
  • Also responsible for coordinating with team and client as well as responsible for attending calls with client on any major issues and provide necessary solution
