Description

 

   Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce platform instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
   Communicate with business stakeholders, clients, and other developers in designing cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases
   Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully


Required:


   Minimum work experience 8+ years of software operations, More than 6 years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application support
   Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), should be a certified person in Salesforce commerce cloud
   Retail / B2C ecommerce experience in site merchandising operations, reporting, site search, campaign & promotions management and maintenance
   Strong experience in ecommerce domain (PIM, OMS, CRM, integrating branded content sites)
   Strong knowledge on web development technologies including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
   Experience in multi-system integration
   Good experience in managing a team of at least ten members.
   Should have good experience in Client interaction
   Strong customer services skills focusing on customer success
   Strong organizational and planning skills


Below are some (any one) certifications the candidates must have:


   Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect
   Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer
   Certified Demandware Developer
   Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect.
   Salesforce Commerce Cloud Digital Developer.
