Sales Cloud Modernization "Responsibilities" Red Hat is seeking a Salesforce Change Manager to help lead the transformation of our Sales Cloud platform, driving modernization, user adoption, and process improvements across our global sales organization. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between technical delivery teams, business stakeholders, and end users, ensuring that changes to Salesforce are communicated clearly, aligned to business needs, and adopted effectively. You will also leverage your technical writing expertise to craft clear and user-friendly documentation, training materials, and communication plans. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute change management strategies for the Sales Cloud modernization program, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and adoption. - Collaborate closely with Salesforce product owners, developers, business analysts, and sales leaders to understand upcoming changes, gather business input, and translate technical updates into clear business language. - Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, FAQs, process maps, release notes, and training materials. - Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand pain points and ensure readiness for new Salesforce features. - Define and track adoption metrics, gather qualitative feedback, and continuously improve change strategies to maximize business value. - Partner with enablement and communications teams to deliver effective in-app guidance, knowledge articles, or live/virtual training sessions. - Support agile delivery processes by helping prioritize change impacts, identifying dependencies, and ensuring that readiness plans align with sprint cycles and release schedules. "Required Skills" Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in change management, sales operations, CRM transformation, or related roles. - Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud (lead, opportunity, pipeline management, reporting, forecasting). - Strong technical writing skills, with experience producing clear, engaging, and accessible documentation and training content. - Proven experience applying change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) in large-scale transformation projects. - Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. - Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). "Desirable Skills" Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification. - Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or integration with enterprise tools (ERP, marketing automation, etc.). - Familiarity with adoption tools like WalkMe, Whatfix, or Salesforce In-App Guidance. - Knowledge of Red Hat’s product portfolio, open-source culture, or hybrid cloud strategies. - Strong data analysis skills to track adoption metrics, user behaviors, and change impact
