Description

Technical Business Analyst ( Must have worked on salesforce related projects and capable of answering technical questions on salesforce, will help if candidate has some certifications)

1. Responsible for End to End delivery of the projects

2. Co-approver of User Stories in JIRA

3. Lead backlog User Stories refinement sessions

4. Owner of the Sprint Backlog

5. Owner of the onboarding checklist for the new team members

6. Should act as a backup for the Scrum Master or the Lead Architect (IT) if required for a short span of time (like vacation days)

7. Responsible for approving SDDs and TDDs

8. Mentor TAs, Architects and Developers

9. Identify the need of Enterprise Architects in the project

10. Lead technical meetings with edge systems for integrations within the projects scope

11. Explain the IT team the BAU order process workflow

12. Technically lead all Defect/Risk mitigation meetings

13. Should be update Enterprise Architects about changes in the architecture in the project

14. Identify resource bandwidth

15. Assign work to Team members

16. Approve deployment release notes
