We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Map business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization within Salesforce.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Developers and Admins.
Support configuration of Salesforce features (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Page Layouts).
Conduct gap analysis and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support user training/adoption.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend new features.
Qualifications:
9+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on Salesforce projects.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools.
Strong knowledge of Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and AppExchange solutions.
Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin certification preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
