Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in end-to-end implementation and solution delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of business operations and technical acumen to bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Project Delivery
•    Partner with cross-functional teams to elicit, define, and document business requirements.
•    Act as the voice of business users, ensuring proposed solutions meet operational needs and long-term goals.
•    Coordinate with developers, administrators, and IT teams to drive timely and high-quality execution.
•    Oversee and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – including designing test cases and validating functionality.
•    Support rollout activities including go-live planning, issue resolution, and transition to support teams.
Ongoing Program Support
•    Create and deliver user-focused training materials, conduct workshops and onboarding sessions.
•    Analyze and report on program success through KPIs and engagement metrics.
•    Contribute to change management efforts, developing communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
•    8+ years of experience as a BusinessAnalyst, with a significant focus on Salesforce-driven projects.
•    Deep knowledge of Salesforceplatform features, including process automation, custom workflows, and user roles.
•    Proficient in Agile delivery frameworks, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
•    Capable of translating business problems into clear technical documentation and actionable items.
•    Hands-on experience with SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, or other Salesforce applications.
•    Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and technical teams
