Salesforce certification nice to have : Administrator ADM-201, Sales Cloud Consultant.
Experience of Pre-sales, client interaction, creating RFI/RFP and responding to RFI/RFP from Solutioning perspective is a must.
Experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud is a must; Communities Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience is desired.
Experience of integrating external and internal system/data interfaces with the Salesforce Force.com platform is desired.
Experience anchoring problem definition/solution identification workshops.
Media industry experience is preferred though not mandatory.
Experience with detailing and articulation of solutions (creating and RFP/ RFI) and ensure completeness of the (in content and in form) same.
Identifying needs, understanding customer pain points, developing and influencing solutions based on analysis of customer business goals and objectives.
Ensuring customer requirements are transformed into functional specifications and detailed level designs
Leading the adoption of best practices around solution architecture, product design, quality, safety, integration and performance
Working with the delivery team to develop detailed solution design schedule and resource plan for implementation
Participating actively in the end to end delivery operations cycle to validate and document the implementation of the solution as per original architecture and design intent.
