Title : Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX / Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2–3 years focused on Salesforce projects.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud is mandatory.
• Proven ability to elicit and clearly document business and functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
