Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Salesforce Documentation & Analysis:
    • Investigate existing Salesforce configurations and processes.
    • Create comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts and visualizations (e.g., Lucidchart), to map how the environment works.
    • Interpret undocumented systems and processes.
  2. System Understanding & Optimization:
    • Analyze flows, process builders, and email alerts to understand and refine system operations.
    • Assist with testing and validation, including writing and running test cases (UAT).
  3. Data Querying & Scripting:
    • Use SOQL to query Salesforce data for analysis and insights.
    • Understand scripting concepts (Python/JavaScript) to interpret workflows but not required to develop.
  4. Collaboration & Presentation:
    • Work closely with the team to gather and document requirements.
    • Present findings, charts, and high-level system overviews to stakeholders using tools like PowerPoint.
