Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Salesforce functional testing across various clouds including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium with Java, Provar, or Playwright.
  • Understand and detail the end-to-end testing flow in Salesforce functional areas.
  • Collaborate with the automation team to communicate functional flows and requirements.
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks such as TestNG, Page Object Model (PoM), and BDD.
  • Ensure thorough testing of transaction modules and deliver functionality as per business requirements.
  • Participate in CI/CD processes and adhere to testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills while proactively solving problems within the team.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in Salesforce functional and automation testing across multiple clouds.
  • Proficient in designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks (TestNG, BDD, PoM).
  • Skilled in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, and Playwright with Java or Python scripting.
  • Experience in participating in CI/CD pipeline integrations and agile project environments.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
