Salesforce Architect/Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with complex business requirements.
• Lead development efforts across Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and 3rd-party integrations.
• Engage in architectural design discussions and provide hands-on support across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop and maintain secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware tools.
• Drive DevOps automation with tools like Jenkins, Git, ANT, and Metadata API.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall technology experience.
• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce experience, including architecture and development.
• Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
• Strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with release management, security models, and Agile delivery practices.
• Local to NYC and able to work onsite without relocation assistance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications: Architect, Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect.
• Prior experience working with public sector clients, especially NYC government agencies (e.g., TLC).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX
