Experience in Implementing Salesforce applications using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Call Center, Chatter, Einstein & App-exchange applications.
Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and development including Flows, Apex (classes and triggers), Visual Force page, Lightning Components (Aura or LWC)
Experience in Designing and implementing reusable, extensible, scalable and maintainable applications.
Experience in data mapping and migration of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.com objects and fields.
Experience with integrating Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Service Mesh, Fabric Architectures, Custom applications, and other SaaS applications using integration platforms.
Designing and implement solutions that the Salesforce.com platform cannot support, using Heroku/AWS and general-purpose languages like Python or Node.js
Hands On experience on any messaging platform (Kafka or RabbitMQ)
Experience in setting up and maintaining of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for Salesforce projects (either using Scratch Org or Sandbox based approaches)
Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Nice to have:
Experience in integration of other enterprise software systems such as Chorus, Gainsight, Outreach and Seismic.
Experience designing, implementing, and managing inbound data connections with data marts on Snowflake or AWS.
Experience in architecting integrations with ERP/NetSuite, Data Warehouse, ecommerce platforms
