Salesforce Architect

Key Skills: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce API, Lightning Development, Apex, LWC, Integrations, REST/SOAP API, Salesforce Architecture, Agile Scrum, SF Experience Cloud.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
• Suggest the most suitable design and implementation approaches, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governor limits.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables from a technology perspective; work independently on assigned stories.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce API, and Lightning development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, record types, page layout creation, and assignments.
• Proven ability in web application integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Involvement in deployment activities, including raising pull requests and coordinating reviews/approvals.
• Actively engage in requirement gathering and be well-versed in agile scrum practices. Collaborate with team members and support the QE team in testing.
• Knowledge of SF Experience Cloud is a plus.

Experience Required:

• 7-14 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce API.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, integrations, and web application integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying Salesforce solutions, including raising pull requests and managing reviews.
• Experience in agile scrum methodologies and active collaboration with development and QA teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud is an advantage.
