Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities

• Design the solution based on the business requirement, create architecture document and coding standard for the project.
• Lead the application development in Saleforce.com platform including architecture, design, coding, configuration, maintenance and installation.
• Develop Medium to Complex SF solutions to ensure that best practices are followed and the best data solutions are provided.
• Participate in enterprise level Salesforce.com implementations with multiple integrations including web services, legacy applications, app exchange, etc.
• Drive the direction, development, and implementation of very large Salesforce.com solutions.
• Hands on review of designs and developed software applications on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Produce Technical documentation and help testing team.

Required Skills

• Understand the current architecture and system landscape.
• Good written and verbal communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients.
• Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution.
• Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications a plus.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather/analyze issues or requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.
• Demonstrated experience in end to end implementation, performing configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform.
• Demonstrated experience designing advanced Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views and business process automation (using out-of-box capabilities).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
