Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities: 

 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce CRM.
• Design and architect a scalable and flexible Salesforce-based CRM solution tailored to the specific needs of the Wealth Technology platform.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce features and functionalities, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, process builder, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Integrate Salesforce CRM with existing systems and third-party applications, such as the portfolio management system, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to architectural standards.
• Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimizations to maintain a high level of code quality and system efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technologies and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the Salesforce solution based on evolving business needs. 
  
  
   

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in architecting Salesforce-based solutions.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce CRM solutions for enterprise-level applications.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration techniques, such as REST, SOAP, and Salesforce Connect.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders . 
  
  
   

Preferred Skills: 

 

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA),
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
• Experience working with Wealth Technology platforms, or trading applications.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD-I)
