Salesforce Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions by translating business requirements into technical specifications and design blueprints.
• Design scalable and reliable Salesforce architectures that integrate seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs, including the development of custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Perform regular assessments of Salesforce solutions to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce, including the design of data models and data migration strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.

Experience Requirement:

• 10 - 16 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with strong architectural leadership.
• Hands-on experience in large-scale Salesforce deployments, integrations, and system optimization.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits, governor limits, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
