Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft, Omnichannel implementation and Telephony integration. Experience with Health Cloud is a plus but not mandatory. This role will be responsible for architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet high business requirements while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.


Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, focusing on Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex Telephony integrations.

Lead Salesforce integration efforts using Mulesoft to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization.

Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to understand requirements and design solutions that integrate customer and partner communities using Experience Cloud.

Oversee the implementation and customization of Service Cloud, ensuring a seamless, customer-focused support process.

Strong expertise in telephony integration and omnichannel implementation, ensuring seamless multichannel communication.

Optional: Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Health Cloud for healthcare-related processes, including patient management and care coordination.

Ensure the solutions designed comply with Salesforce security best practices, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and user access control.

Define and oversee the development, testing, and deployment strategies for Salesforce solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Provide guidance on Salesforce data management, system architecture, and integration best practices.

Ensure all development follows Salesforce governance, data integrity, and architectural standards.

Act as a mentor to Salesforce developers and guide them in implementing best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, functionality, and releases, and drive innovation across the team.


Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, including Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft, Omnichannel and Telephony integration.

Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and partner/community solutions.

Strong experience integrating external systems with Salesforce using Mulesoft, including both real-time and batch integrations.

Expertise in Service Cloud and building customer service processes, including case management, service contracts, and knowledge base integration.

In-depth knowledge of Telephony integration to enhance telephony services within Salesforce.

Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture solutions.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:


Optional: Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and implementation in a healthcare setting.

Optional: Experience in integrating with telephony solutions like AWS Connect and Genesys.

Experience working in a DevOps environment, with continuous integration, automated testing, and release management tools.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Shield and platform security best practices.

Experience in data migration, ETL, and large-scale system integration projects.

Knowledge of Salesforce DX and advanced deployment tools and practices
