Description

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud

Translate business needs into well-architected solutions using best practices

Lead technical design sessions, develop technical solution documentation, and guide development teams

Ensure integration with other enterprise applications and platforms

Support data migration, system testing, and deployment processes

Requirements

Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (preferred)

Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows

Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
