Description

  • Deliver new features and maintain existing features in Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define, scope, and size the approach to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects to develop system designs and recommend technical solutions.
  • Support the integration and data preparation with SQL experience.
  • Configure flows, Lightning Web Components, security settings, validation rules, page layouts, and other object customizations
  • Perform Apex programming in Salesforce platform to support various business functions.
  • Create Platform Events and Flows.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ package.
  • Ability to integrate 3rd Party API’s with Salesforce.
  • Work with CRM development team in Agile SCRUM framework.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendation to the Agile SCRUM team(s) as part of the retrospectives.
  • Work closely with the QA and Dev Ops teams to optimize the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes and test automation frameworks for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications like – Admin, App builder, PD1 and PD2.
  • 5+ years of development experience on Salesforce.
  • Experience on Salesforce development involving Apex classes, Apex triggers, and SOQL queries with deep understanding and hands-on experience on Salesforce limits and test class coverage
  • Lightning web and aura components
  • Experience on Salesforce CPQ package configuration and customizations around it.
  • Experience in configuring Salesforce automation with Platform event and Flows.
  • Intensive hands-on experience in Salesforce security model
  • Experience in development of web services and enterprise application integrations with Salesforce.
  • Experience in code versioning and deployment tools such as VSCode, Salesforce CLI, Git, Ant. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment that operates under the self-organizing principles of Agile. Understanding of, and the ability to put into practice, development, and quality standards for software development. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas and recommendations
