Key Responsibilities:
· Utilizing Data Loader for bulk importing and exporting data from Salesforce. This includes preparing and mapping data from CSV files, as well as handling potential errors during the process.
· Performing data operations like inserting, updating, deleting, or upserting Salesforce records using Data Loader.
· Maintaining data cleanliness and accuracy by validating imported data and resolving discrepancies.
· Identifying and resolving issues related to data imports/exports, using Salesforce Inspector to examine record details and field values.
· Using Salesforce Inspector to inspect record data, including hidden fields, for analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
· Running SOQL queries, potentially using Salesforce Inspector or workbench to retrieve and manipulate specific data sets for reporting or analysis.
· Working with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the Salesforce platform.
