Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce Agentic or Agentforce platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in working with the Salesforce Agentforce solution, particularly in configuring and optimizing workflows, improving agent efficiency, and leveraging the Salesforce platform for enhanced customer service operations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • In-depth experience with Salesforce Agentforce (also known as Agentic Force), including platform configuration, customization, and implementation.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing Agentforce workflows and processes to streamline customer service and sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce’s Agentic Workforce features, and the ability to apply these features to improve agent productivity and performance.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and design customized solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
