Job Responsibilities
Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:
Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports & dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
Review and adjust system settings for proper visibility and security.
Manage sandboxes and deployments using Gearset.
Perform administrative tasks such as user provisioning, page layouts, flows, maintenance/creation of custom objects, custom fields, validations, workflows, email templates, and data loads.
Ensure high-quality standards for projects delivered to customers.
Provide training to new and existing employees on system functionality.
Assist in duplicate and dirty data management, including cleaning up unused fields, reports, and dashboards.
Proactively gather feedback from users and manage system changes without disruption.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and object-oriented programming approaches.
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
Strong functional understanding of object-oriented databases and systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Ability to develop requirements based on user input and needs.
Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
Logical and process-oriented thinker with a natural sense of urgency.
Strong problem-solving, priority-setting, multitasking, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer.
Experience with backend data integration (HTTP, Web Services).
Ability to implement Conga Composer Document Generation Solutions.
Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce/APEX, Unit Test Development, JSON, and XML.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and SSO.
