Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic Salesforce solutions
Salesforce Administration: Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Flows, workflows, process builder, and other Salesforce configurations
System Integration: Work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, data cleansing, and data quality assessments to maintain data integrity within Salesforce
Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices, data privacy policies, and compliance standards within Salesforce
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements that optimize system performance and user experience
Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and training materials
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes
Required Skills:
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments
Proven experience in solution design and architecture within Salesforce
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein (Einstein Analytics, AI, or GPT)
Experience with Flow, Process Builder, Apex, and Lightning components
Strong understanding of data modeling, security, sharing rules, and integration best practices
Bachelor's degree
