Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deployments & Releases: Manage deployments and release activities.
- Org & Sandbox Management: Maintain Salesforce environments efficiently.
- Data & User Management: Oversee data operations and user access.
- Automation & Enhancements: Develop automations and process improvements.
- Development & Integration: Work with Apex, SOQL, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs for system enhancements.
- ServiceNow Ticketing: Handle support requests and issue resolution.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Weekend Support: Provide support for deployments and maintenance as required.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs
- Proficiency in data load and deployment tools
- Git/DevOps knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Availability for weekend maintenance and deployments
