Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployments & Releases: Manage deployments and release activities.
  • Org & Sandbox Management: Maintain Salesforce environments efficiently.
  • Data & User Management: Oversee data operations and user access.
  • Automation & Enhancements: Develop automations and process improvements.
  • Development & Integration: Work with Apex, SOQL, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs for system enhancements.
  • ServiceNow Ticketing: Handle support requests and issue resolution.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Weekend Support: Provide support for deployments and maintenance as required.

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Proficiency in data load and deployment tools
  • Git/DevOps knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Availability for weekend maintenance and deployments
