Description

Responsibilities

● Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and

fields

● Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation

● Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage

● Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to

Salesforce

● Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its

fullest potential

● Import and export objects with Data Management Tools

● Effective Collaboration with various stakeholders from business and other

departments

Requirements:

● 3-6 years of Salesforce Administration experience along with CPQ

● Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science or related field

● Good understanding of salesforce security model

● Experience with lightning flows

● Experience with Salesforce CPQ

● Proficient in SOQL and Apex programming

● Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities

● Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration

● Knowledge about various deployment tools and deployment processes

Preferred:

● Knowledge of Revenue cloud is a plus
