Job Responsibilities

• Develop and code solutions to specifications.
• Lead design sessions, identify and implement appropriate testing strategies; execute all steps required to deploy the application solution identify gaps between current and desired states, propose solutions and implement them.
• Work with functional leaders, subject matter experts and the technical team to identify, develop and deploy new business processes which support operational excellence and growth for Constellation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and ADT on system configuration and solution design.
• Improve processes, configuration and adoption of the Salesforce platform.
• Create, maintain, and support best practice guidelines for Salesforce development and configuration.
• Perform Salesforce data repairs.
• Grant, remove, and monitor Salesforce user accounts.
• Assist in the design and delivery of Salesforce user training.
• Evaluate new Salesforce releases (determine functionality requirements, provide information on changes)
• Coordinate product upgrade readiness (Salesforce major releases).
• Experience in Salesforce declarative environment.
