Responsibilities/Skills: Must

  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
  • User training and creating training materials.
  • User support tickets.
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.

 

Skills:

  • 6-8 years of Experience in Salesforce Development, Customization, Administration and Integration skills.
  • Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions and performing unit testing.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
  • Understanding of databases (SQL, Entity Relationships, etc.).


 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
