SailPoint Project Manager

Description for Resume:
The Project Manager will be required to manage SailPoint implementation using accepted best practice methods and tools and the Information Security Project Management Framework. The PM will be responsible for requirements gathering, planning, coordination, reporting and review of projects related to SailPoint implementation to ensure projects are compliant, completed on time and within budget. A high level of proactiveness, initiative and commitment is required for the position.   

Proponents should submit a resume detailing educational qualifications and previous work assignments of the proposed candidates who will perform the services required. Resumes should be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences or similar
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a project manager working on full projects lifecycles (from initiation to closure)
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience as a business analyst gathering and documenting business and technical requirements via various techniques
• Experience working in a large and decentralized organization
• Experience managing large-scale and complex IT transformation projects
• Experience preparing and presenting high quality slide decks to various committees and stakeholders, including senior executives
• Experience with managing information security projects
• Experience with SharePoint tools (lists creations, and dashboards), Teams and MS project with no supervision
• Experience developing project management frameworks that are suitable for the higher education environment, or similar
• Hold PMP certification
• Experience with SailPoint implementation is a nice to have
• Experience with managing Security Awareness & Training program or Vulnerability Management program is a nice to have
