SailPoint Identity-IQ

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and integrate enterprise applications using JDBC, LDAP, AD, Web Services, AZURE AD, etc.
• Develop custom rules, workflows, provisioning policies, and scripts in SailPoint IIQ for automating identity lifecycle processes
• Configure Lifecycle Events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and implement multi-level approval workflows
• Manage access certification campaigns, access request processes, and policy enforcement
• Integrate and configure ServiceNow Catalog Items for automated provisioning
• Implement and troubleshoot REST APIs and custom connectors
• Perform root cause analysis, production issue resolution, and debug using SailPoint logs
• Manage deployments via SSB/SSD and maintain codebase using GitHub
• Collaborate with security, infra, application, and business teams to design and deploy scalable IAM solutions
• Document workflows, architecture diagrams, and configuration artifacts for internal use and audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SailPoint Identity-IQ implementation and customization
• Expertise in application onboarding, lifecycle management (LCM), and provisioning
• Strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Velocity scripting for email templates
• Hands-on with REST API integrations, custom rules, workflows, and policy development
• Experience in ServiceNow integration, Catalog configuration, and automation
• Knowledge of RBAC, SSO, MFA, and other authentication/authorization mechanisms
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control and SailPoint deployment processes
• Excellent debugging and log analysis skills for production support
• Understanding of IAM compliance, governance controls, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services
