SailPoint Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Engineer with a strong background in security technologies, specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint IdentityNow, to join our team at a managerial level. This role requires a seasoned individual contributor with proven experience in the identity and access management (IAM) space. The ideal candidate should have more than 4 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint solutions, security troubleshooting, and vulnerability remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ & IdentityNow Management:
  Manage, configure, and optimize SailPoint solutions to ensure seamless identity governance and administration.
• Vulnerability Remediation:
  Collaborate with the security team to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate vulnerabilities within the SailPoint environment through code and configuration changes at both server and application levels.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
  Provide technical support, diagnose issues, and implement solutions using tools such as Java, BeanShell scripting, SQL Server, PowerShell, and Tomcat.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the integrity and security of IAM systems. Share knowledge with peers and junior engineers.
• Code and Configuration Management:
  Engage in coding tasks using Java, BeanShell scripting, and PowerShell to enhance SailPoint configurations. Ensure efficient deployment and system scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint IdentityNow.
     
• Technical Skills:
   
  • Proven knowledge in Security Technology, specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ and SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Experience in basic troubleshooting with Java, BeanShell scripting, SQL Server, PowerShell, and Tomcat.
  • Demonstrated ability to remediate vulnerabilities via code changes and server/application-level configurations.
