SailPoint Developers

• Design, develop, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business and security requirements.

• Onboard applications for provisioning and certification using SailPoint connectors and custom integrations (e.g., REST, JDBC, LDAP).

• Develop and maintain lifecycle event triggers, rules, workflows, and custom connectors.

• Configure and support access reviews, policy violations, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance reporting.

• Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) models including role mining, entitlement aggregation, and role hierarchy definition.

• Collaborate with IAM, security, and application teams to identify and resolve integration or access issues.

• Develop custom scripts and logic using Beanshell, Java, or XML as needed for workflow and policy extensions.

• Participate in the full SDLC process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Troubleshoot and provide support for SailPoint platform performance, availability, and access issues.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

• Strong experience in application onboarding, workflow creation, and identity lifecycle management.

• Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and integration with REST/SOAP APIs.

• Experience in implementation of RBAC, access certification, and provisioning policies.

• Understanding of IAM concepts, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, access request flows, and audit/compliance requirements.

• Good knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Databases, and Cloud/IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc
