We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will design, build, test, and support SailPoint IIQ solutions, primarily focusing on application onboarding and connector development using BeanShell, Java, XML, and REST APIs. You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders and ensure that Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Perform onboarding administration for various applications.
- Implement and maintain client installs, product releases, and environment upgrades.
- Develop and customize SailPoint reports to meet audit and compliance requirements.
- Write and maintain BeanShell scripts for rules, workflows, policies, and connectors.
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with third-party APIs and applications (both on-premise and off-premise).
- Configure and manage Lifecycle Management (LCM) workflows for provisioning and de-provisioning access.
- Develop integrations with systems like ServiceNow and JIRA using custom Java classes.
- Manage multiple concurrent SailPoint projects while ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Participate in Enterprise Change Management and Incident Management processes.
- Communicate effectively through meetings, technical specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and support.
- Hands-on experience in BeanShell, Java, XML scripting, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Windows Server management, application deployments, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows and tools.
- Experience configuring connectors for Active Directory, JDBC, SQL Server, Oracle, Web Services, and Delimited Files.
- Proficiency in Lifecycle Management (LCM) configurations for application provisioning.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and change management processes.
- Ability to design and develop integrations with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience creating custom SailPoint IIQ reports for audits.
- Strong understanding of application onboarding and entitlement management.
- Familiarity with secure software development best practices.
- Experience working within a large enterprise environment
