·        CI/CD best practices and robust experience working with technologies such as git, Jenkins, drone, terraform, cloud formation 

·        Solid experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, SYBase), application servers, operating systems and network infrastructure 

·        Experience with source code management and deployment architecture 

·        Fluent in Agile methodology and [Azure DevOps / other Agile management tool], including feature, epic and story development, backlog grooming 

·        Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical people and upskilling of Team 

·        Excellent organizational skills and the ability to see solutions to their conclusion 

·        Ability to define, document, and communicate requirements in business-relevant language 

·        Open and keep track of archer finding for greater than read access users in the application

·        Excellent Soft skills (Mandatory )

·        Excellent Communication skills (Mandatory )

·        Excellent E-mail writing skills (Mandatory )

·        Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to coordinate cross functionally
