Key Responsibilities:

Business & Functional Analysis Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement discovery workshops, document business needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Lead the functional design process, defining workflows, business rules, and process optimization strategies.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify process improvements using MAS 9 capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure business requirements are successfully converted into technical specifications.

Maximo MAS 9 Configuration & Implementation Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Maximo Manage, Monitor, Health, and Predictive Maintenance based on business requirements.
  • Guide the implementation of Maximo configurations, workflows, automation, and customizations.
  • Lead Maximo Mobile and MAS Health implementations, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Assist in end-to-end system integrations with SAP, Tririga, BIM, CAD, GIS, IoT, and enterprise applications.
  • Evaluate and recommend best practices for Work Management, Asset Management, and Energy Management in Maximo.

Testing, Training & Deployment Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the testing team to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions.
  • Identify and resolve functional issues before go-live.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for Super Users and End Users.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of IBM Maximo functional experience, specializing in MAS 8.x/9.x implementations.
  • IBM Certified Functional Analyst – Maximo Application Suite preferred.
  • Proven experience in 3-4 full-cycle IBM Maximo implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Maximo Manage, Monitor, Health, and Predictive Maintenance.
  • Experience working with Maximo Mobile and MAS Health solutions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud-based Maximo implementations (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
  • Familiarity with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Understanding of Maximo licensing, subscription management, and IBM Cloud Pak for Data.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (BIRT, Cognos, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:

  • IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9
  • ITIL Certification for Service Management
  • Agile/Scrum Master Certification
