About the job

At least 10 years of consulting experience in Source to Pay processes

At least 2 to 5 years of deep hands on consulting with implementing Oracle cloud

Proven track record of implementation success

Experience in Process Modeling, Design, Implementation and fine tuning the solution

Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and within a team based environment, collaborating with the Practice Lead

Deep process knowledge and ability to recommend best practices in Sourcing and Procurement

Ability to do Process FIT GAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects

Participate in business development, including customer presentations and RFP responses

Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity

Solid critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and effectively problem solve
