JD:
* Experience in coding in Ruby 
Experience in Angular
* REST API experience required
* Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, etc.
* Development and implementation of integrated solutions with external applications through APIs and other connection methods with secure data exchange.
* Experience with federal security, privacy, and Section 508 compliance.
* Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in various SQL or NoSQL databases.
* Familiarity with XHTML, CSS, XML, jQuery, and JavaScript.
