Detailed Job Description:
Provide and maintain application availability ensure the application is active and operating as defined in any service level agreements monitor application in production environment, including periodically monitoring servers, application etc. Responsible for day to day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform. Lead the administration of items such as user accounts, data feeds, workflow reports access etc. Should be able to identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization.
