RPA Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of client enterprise-wide systems, ensuring robust and scalable RPA solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with strategic blueprints, delivering high-quality implementations, and driving innovation in RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of client enterprise-wide systems.
• Ensure the RPA Implementation Team delivers robust system solutions to client operations.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain established service design procedures and processes to ensure robust solutions.
• Collaborate with the Client Enterprise Architect to ensure compliance with strategic blueprints and architecture.
• Provide ongoing suggestions and best practices for client implementations, custom solutions, product support, and the Enterprise Platform.
• Work with IT development teams to ensure architectural solutions are effectively translated into robust implementations.
• Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives, and recommend solutions related to software, platform, and network configurations.
• Assist Sales and Pre-Sales teams in client conversations to ensure high-quality dialogue and conversions.
• Plan, design, and execute complex RPA internal and client solution configurations.
• Provide testing assistance and guidance to the implementation team.
• Prepare and present test plans, solution designs, technical presentations, analyst briefings, and white papers for custom solution deliverables.

Mandate/Must Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in the IT industry.
• 3+ years of experience as an RPA Architect.
• 2-4 years of experience in the .NET Suite (C# or VB.NET).
• RPA Solution Architect Certification and Advanced Developer Certification are mandatory.
• Experience developing workflows and custom activities using C#.
• Prior work experience or POCs on Studio Pro, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and/or Computer Vision is a big plus.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems.
• Process-minded with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Previous experience in application or implementation support domains.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Deployment Architecture and cloud platforms like Azure/AWS.
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Abby, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint) is a plus.
• Prior experience with RFPs, RFQs, estimations, and similar technical documentation is a plus
