RPA Platform Engineer

We are hiring an experienced RPA Platform Engineer to join the Office of Intelligent Automation (OIA) team at Evernorth. This role focuses on RPA platform administration and support (not development), specifically on UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, along with strong infrastructure and CI/CD exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain RPA platforms (UiPath/Blue Prism/AA) – on-premise or cloud.
• Set up and support UiPath environments and infrastructure requirements.
• Implement and manage best practices for CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide post-production support and troubleshoot issues in automation platforms.
• Review Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and provide technical oversight.
• Support UAT, deployment, and movement of automations between environments.
• Guide developers on infrastructure and platform-related requirements.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and configuration issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in UiPath platform (Admin/Infra side).
• Experience in RPA platform support – infrastructure setup, environment management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Cloud ecosystem experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Understanding of Agile development processes.
• Good scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification/Diploma – Mandatory.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming or architectural design patterns – a plus.
• Experience with credential management tools and application server infrastructure
