RPA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing RPA solutions, particularly for distributing data on B2B commerce marketplaces like Noon, Amazon, Namshi, etc. As an RPA Engineer at Gravity, you will play a key role in automating and optimizing data entry processes to enhance our B2B commerce operations.

Mandatory Skills

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate data population on B2B commerce marketplaces.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Create and maintain RPA workflows and scripts using industry-standard RPA tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure smooth operation and address any issues that arise.
• Optimize and improve existing RPA solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all RPA activities.
• Provide training and support to team members on RPA tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies to continuously enhance our automation capabilities.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an RPA Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
