RPA Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Engineering team.  You will be responsible for the end-to-end RPA process including discovery, design, development, testing, implementation, and monitoring. Provides developer leadership, project management, and technical support for RPA projects. As part of our multi-disciplinary teams, you'll contribute to a range of information technology-related services, including IT strategy, architecture, implementation support, and software development.
 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop efficient solutions focusing on scalability and reusability using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.
 

·         Gather business requirements and design future automation solutions.
 

·         Develop detailed documentation including automation documentation and user manuals.
 

·         Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution and solution deployment in multiple environments.
 

·         Provide post-implementation support, monitoring, and measuring solution effectiveness.
 

·         Revise and improve existing solutions based on feedback and perform code optimization.
 

·         Set up environments, install software, and related technologies.
 

·         Work with structured project plans, communicate project risks and issues, and provide inputs to the change control process.
 

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
 

·         Experience with leading RPA platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate or Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
 

·         Experience with APIs, scripting languages (VBA, SQL, JavaScript), and automation/RPA software.
 

·         Passion for Intelligent Automation and understanding of related technologies.
 

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 

·         Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently.
 

·         Certification in relevant RPA technologies preferred.
 

·         Experience in software development using languages like C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
 

·         Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle Database, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Web Services/APIs.
 

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
 

·         Familiarity with IT infrastructure, network technologies, and access management within enterprises.
