RPA Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer with a strong background in Power Automate and a solid understanding of the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing RPA solutions to streamline and automate business processes. This role demands technical proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
3 to 4 years of experience in RPA development and implementation, with a strong focus on Power Automate.
Proven experience in the BFSI industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes and challenges.
Proficiency in Power Automate, including creating workflows, custom connectors, and automation scripts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and design effective automation solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is an advantage.
