RPA Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team, specializing in automation solutions for a prominent pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UI Path and Python for moving data between systems and automating workflows. You will work closely with teams to design, develop, and deploy automated bots and manage workflows to streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RPA solutions using UI Path and other RPA tools like Blue Prism or Power Automate.
• Automate data movement across systems and ensure efficient integration.
• Develop and implement workflow automation solutions.
• Create, test, and deploy bots for automated processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business needs and automation requirements.
• Optimize and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with UI Path, Python, and at least one other RPA tool (Blue Prism or Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of automated workflows and data migration between systems.
• Experience in developing bots and handling process automation.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite and participate in an in-person final interview.
