RPA Developer UI Path

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and AI Center.
• Integrate machine learning models and document understanding features via UiPath AI Center into business processes.
• Design automation workflows and create reusable components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Perform process assessments to determine feasibility and ROI of automation.
• Maintain, support, and monitor deployed bots and AI models.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies during bot development.
• Train and mentor junior developers on best practices with UiPath and AI integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• 1+ year of experience with UiPath AI Center, especially in deploying ML models or using Document Understanding / Intelligent OCR.
• Solid understanding of robot lifecycle, queues, REFramework, and orchestration concepts.
• Experience in Python, ML models, or working with data sets is a plus.
• Knowledge of APIs, OCR tools (ABBYY, Google Vision), and AI/ML model training.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
