Job Description: RPA Developer - Senior We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team. As a Senior RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design efficient automation workflows, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using RPA tools and technologies.

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions that streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design effective automation workflows, and ensure successful implementation.

- Develop and configure RPA bots using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions in production environments.

- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference and maintenance.

- Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 5 to 9 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.

- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Strong programming skills in languages like C#, Java, or Python.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- RPA certification(s) is a plus.
