Description

  • Analyze business processes to identify and implement automation solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.
  • Document business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE flows) and produce supporting transition documentation.
  • Assess automation feasibility and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  • Resolve technical issues and anticipate risks in automation implementations.
  • Conduct peer reviews, walkthroughs, and suggest capability improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with vendor teams, ensuring adherence to client policies.
  • Contribute to solution architecture across multiple projects.
  • Understand and leverage Artificial Intelligence within automation solutions where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site teams to ensure timely delivery of testing and project milestones.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and presentation formats.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance.

     

Required Skills

 

  • 8+ years of IT experience with a background in code development.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in developing automation workflows with UiPath.
  • Strong technical proficiency with UiPath tools and offerings.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (active) is mandatory.
  • Experience with C#/.Net, VB .Net, SQL Server, MySQL.
  • Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Studio, and Regex.
  • Experience in designing, coding, and testing automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server/MySQL) is a plus
