Description

  • Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Analyze business processes to assess automation feasibility and document requirements.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure RPA workflows meet performance and compliance specifications.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain RPA solutions to ensure ongoing efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.
  • Stay current with RPA industry trends and recommend improvements to existing automations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and team members on RPA tools and best practices.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.
  • Utilize programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Python as needed for RPA development.
  • Participate in project planning, systems integration, and process improvement efforts.
  • Use project configuration and software release tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and adhere to SDLC processes.
  • Refactor and improve code for maintainability and performance.
  • Preferred: Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
  • Must have a minimum of three years’ RPA development experience and a track record of successful project delivery, preferably with state clients
